The present study uses cross sectional study design. 49 cow�s feces samples were obtainet from Sragen. Then the samples were examination using microscopical methode to detect oocyst of Eimeria sp.. Quesionnaire and interview with farmers were conducted to obtain mortality data of calf in Sragen. This study showed that the prevalence of coccidiosis in cow is 38.78% (19/49).
