In practice, the preparation of reports in Sleman District Hospital still experience
delays in delivery and got a warning letter related to delays in the delivery report
of the Provincial Health Office Yogyakarta, especially in the manufacture of
outpatient morbidity report.
Goals: To identify the implementation of report creation outpatient morbidity in
hospitals Sleman and know the obstacles in the implementation of the report
creation outpatient morbidity in Sleman hospitals.
Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach.
Subjects in this study were medical records personnel in hospitals Sleman.
Objects in this study is a report generation activities jalan.Teknik patient morbidity
data collection: interviews, observation, and study documentation.
Results: The process of making outpatient morbidity reports through the stages
of data collection, data processing, and data presentation. Data required in the
manufacture of outpatient morbidity reports from data of outpatient visits in the
clinic. The processing is computerized report. Presentation of the report in the
form of tables. Factors that inhibit the manufacture of outpatient morbidity reports
are human factors, methods and machines, namely that the lack of human
resources, the revision procedure has not remained long, SIMRS not support the
processing of outpatient morbidity reports, and software problem that is hindering
the delivery to the Health Department. |
