Population of this research was all employees of �Ayam Penyet Suroboyo� at Central Java outlets involve around 356 people. I used a random sampling as the sampling method, this research measured variables by using a questionnaire with five alternative answers of Likert�s scale. Data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that those financial compensation and non-financial compensation positively influenced employee job satisfaction.
