Summary: | The aims of this paper is to examine about staffing management which is
done by Human Resources Department in Ibis Styles Hotel Yogyakarta, a three
star hotel located in heart of Yogyakarta city. Furthermore, I want to introduce the
company profile including the history and its facilities. This graduating paper also
explains about some issues in Human Resources Department and the example of
cases.
To collect the data of this research, I have been a participant in internship
program on January till April 2014 in Human Resources Department. Then I
observed some cases and involved in handling. Meanwhile, I interviewed some
staff to get more information. For library research and internet, I read books and
some articles from internet for additional information.
Based of my observation result compared with library research, Human
Resources Department in Ibis Styles Hotel has already run same with its
management regulations. The practices include facilities and sanction for staff
also have run as it should. |
