Summary: | The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between leader member exchange
with organizational commitment. This study involves the Bapelkes Semarang�s employees.
The subject involved was civil employees in Bapelkes Semarang. The instrument in this
study used 2 scale, organizational commitment scale and leader member exchange quality
scale. The organizational commitment scale refers to Steers & Porter (1990), while the
leader member exchange scale refers to Liden & Maslyn (1998). The data analysis in this
study was using product moment correlation by Pearson. Based from product moment
correlation, the result of this study shows positive relation between leader member
