This study involves the Bapelkes Semarang�s employees. The subject involved was civil employees in Bapelkes Semarang. The instrument in this study used 2 scale, organizational commitment scale and leader member exchange quality scale. The organizational commitment scale refers to Steers & Porter (1990), while the leader member exchange scale refers to Liden & Maslyn (1998). The data analysis in this study was using product moment correlation by Pearson.
