Experiment for the interaction rate among L-Cysteine and L-tnethionine amino acid with penicillin V and G has been done succesfully. Experiment was done by making 5 mixtures of antibiotic and amino acid with the ratio of 1:1 , 1:2 ,2:1 , 1:3 . and 3:1. The mixtures let stay in the dark and the concentration will be measured by HPLC. The rest of the antibiotic concentration after intraction was measured every 24 hours started from zero hour along 96 hours. The column used was Bondapack C-18, 15cm long and id(in diameter) 4nurt. Eluent flow rate 1 ml/sec.,is a mixtures of 60 part of methanol and 40 part of water. The wave length on spectrophotometer detector used was 230 ntn.
