This essay could not have been written without the invaluable help provided by both Prof. Dr. Mason C. Hoadley and Dr. Anna-Greta Nilsson-Hoadley. During my studies in Lund University their continuous support and guidance made me try to constantly strive to imitate their standard of academic excellence. I believe that Lund University is very fortunate to have such an extraordinary team of academics working in the Southeast Asia department. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to complete my studies in Lund University working together with them. My deepest respect and thanks go out to them.
Furthermore it must be said that there are a lot more people who have helped me during my studies. I am indebted to both Lund University, Sweden and Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia for their support during the research and the writing of this work.
