Abstract: This essay could not have been written without the invaluable help provided by both Prof. Dr. Mason C. Hoadley and Dr. Anna-Greta Nilsson-Hoadley. During my studies in Lund University their continuous support and guidance made me try to constantly strive to imitate their standard of academic excellence. I believe that Lund University is very fortunate to have such an extraordinary team of academics working in the Southeast Asia department. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to complete my studies in Lund University working together with them. My deepest respect and thanks go out to them.
