Summary: | The purpose of this paper is to identify the drivers of company�s turnaround
strategy and to analyze efektiveness of change company has made due to turnaround
process.
This research uses descriptive method and qualitative with direct observation at
PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) and literature study.
Results � major findings are efektiveness of new strategy implementation,
company�s effort in dealing with business challenges and opportunities. Overall, the
results could be guidance for company�s next stategy
There is a limitation of this research which is UlaMM was only launched in 2008,
therefore timeframe is relatively short so it is too early at this stage for the researcher to
draw a definite conclusion on its performance. To overcome this limitation researcher
will mainly look at the company's response in dealing with its current operating
environment and see the changes two years after turnaround takes place.
Practical implications � PT. PNM can develop and improve UlaMM�s feature
product therefore company�s turnaround process run smoothly and UlaMM could replace
Kredit Program to be company�s backbone. |
