Summary: | PT. Pertagas company whose activities place in between the upstream
and downstream sectors of Indonesia gas industry. PT.Pertagas manages gas
trading transportation and processing as well as other businesses related to
natural gas. The research wil be conducted in this company emphasized in key
performance indicator financial division.
The research firstly, conducted by collecting data from the KPI as
Managing Director of the corporation, secondly, mapping them into a causal
and effect into KPI with Balanced Scorecard method. After that collecting
data from the KPI financial functions and then mapping them into the
Balanced Scorecard method. Finally, modify the financial KPI to be proposed
for financial functions.Research results in the form of the proposed KPIs for
financial functions. The proposal is expected to be input for the finance
function in the preparation of KPIs in the future which meant that the company
can more efficiently and effectively.
The conclusions of this study, firstly, efficiency of the financial goals
of the budget, secondly, target for internal business processes that streamline
the financial performance of sub-functions such as tax, treasury, cashier and
controlling. Finally, the objectives of growth and learning is to improve the
competence of employees of financial functions, maximize operational
MySAP software and create a conducive organizational climate. |
