Summary: | The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment,
job satisfaction, and work stress on turnover intention. The research population was
outsourcing employees at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in Yogyakarta Region,
and the research samples were outsourcing employees at the BRI Branch Sleman and
BRI Branch Muntilan. A purposive sampling was conducted to 126 outsourcing
employees. The primary data was collected using questionnaires and the respondents�
responses measured with Likert scale. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis
(multiple regression analysis) were used to analyze the data.
The result of the research shows that organizational commitment has a
significant negative influence on the turnover intention, job satisfaction has a
significant negative influence on the turnover intention. Meanwhile work stress has a
significant positive influence on the turnover intention. |
