Summary: | One of success indicators for an Information Technology (IT) project
accomplishment is measured by an user`s satisfactory for its IT benefit. This research
conducted analysis on end user`s satisfactory towards Back Office System (BOS)
software which is implemented at Pertamina Retail,PT. The analysis shall be viewed
from end-user`s satisfactory standpoint of its condition from many factors, which are
content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. Compared to end user`s
expectation from each factors mention above, so that user`s agreeable rate could be
determined. The review on user`s satisfactory will also be carried out by respondent
conformity rate and importance performance analysis which are described with
Cartesian diagram.
Data are collected by sending questionnaire to all end-users with total amount
92 person. The analysis showed that generally end users are not agreeable with the
software performance. |
