Summary:This research intended to test the influences of job satisfaction, transformational leadership style, job stress toward intention to leave. The research object was done to the employees of PT Aksara Dinamika Jogja �Harian Jogja. Data collected using questionnaire to 55 respondents, the employees of PT Aksara Dinamika Jogja �Harian Jogja. Using multiple regression based on t-test, this research found that the variable independent of job satisfaction show negative influence and significant to the dependent variable of intention to leave. The variable independent of transformational leadership shows negative and no influence toward dependent variable of intention to leave. The jobs stress variable shows positive and no influence toward the dependent variable of intention to leave. The data gathered from questionnaires, job stress have the highest score of mean, 3.44. From this data, the stress level of Harian Jogja�s employees is the highest but the cause factor of the employees of �Harian Jogja� to have the intention to leave is because organization can�t answer the employees satisfaction.
