Summary: | Qualified human resources is required to sustain the quality of business in
improving competitiveness. These qualities are also increasingly needed in
universities to maintain the quality offered. As higher educational institutions
tussle for competitive advantage and high service quality, the evaluation of
educational service quality is essential to provide motivation for and to give
feedback on the effectiveness of educational plans and implementation. The
quality of a university is needed because education is one of the most important
form of industry which also plays vital role in national development. In this
regard, it is important for a higher education to determine the level of student
satisfaction on the service quality rendered. This research presents an enhanced
approach to using �educational service attributes� (feedback and assessment,
interaction and support, administration, learning materials, physical environment,
and course structure and content) for measuring students satisfaction.
Analytical results obtained are satisfied. This results was interpreted from
an average yield of the overall scale range attribute has a value of 3.666. Based on
each level of student satisfaction that have been studied by educational service
attributes,the dimensions that most affect the level of student satisfaction
according to the mean of the largest are learning materials (3.849) and the
smallest is the feedback and assessment (3.286). Management Program FEB
UGM MM needs to pay attention and improve its services primarily on the two
dimensions in order to further improve student satisfaction. |
