Summary: | The main purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence
perceptions of suitability characteristics of organizational culture and
empowerment on job satisfaction of employees from PT Bank Export Indonesia to
Indonesia Eximbank. Indonesia Eximbank is a newly formed company which
was previously named PT BEI. This causes changes in the characteristics of work
culture that embraced, along with the development of the scope of activities of
institutions and the various activities that were previously not done in PT Bank
Export Indonesia. Indonesia Eximbank succeeded in achieving its vision and
