| Summary: | This study aimed to investigate the effect of characteristic variables of the mauquf
alaihi�s smoothness on repayment of PROTAB loan at Cash Waqf Board
(BWUT) and to know the quality of BWU-T service to their members.
The variables that suspected to affect the smoothness of repayment of PROTAB
loan are the characteristics of mauquf alaihi which is based on the 3C
(character,capasity and condition). while the variables of the quality of Waqf
Board service are the model of service quality and customer satisfaction
developed by Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry (1990) including variable
configurations, reliability,responsiveness, assurance, empathy and guidance. The
smoothness of repayment of loans and satisfaction of mauquf alaihi is the
dependent variable. The study was conducted in 57 respondents, they are
members of Yogyakarta society who received the guidance and capital assistance
from the BWU-T. The selection of respondents carried out in non probability
sampling. While the data processing performed by the method of logistic
regression analysis for the smoothness repayment of the dependent variable, and
the quality of service is using the scores and weights of respondents� assessment.
Based on research, obtained results show that the variables that significantly affect
the smoothness of repayment PROTAB is gender.While other variables, age,
education, number of family dependents, and business experience has no
significant effect on it. BWU-T service quality were rated as good by respondents,
viewed from the level of concordance between expectations and performance that
reached 88%, in other words that the BWU-T's performance is satisfying. |
