Summary:The purpose of this study was to determine whether if BRISyariah is implementing TQM in Human Capital BRIS can improve the quality of services to the employees as internal customers. The study was conducted by observing the services provides and conducted interviews with BRIS Management to know the strategy adopted in order to provide quality services to employees. The study then compared with the condition of other banks which have implemented TQM as a quality control system on its Bank, so we can compare about the current conditions at BRIS and what if BRIS have already implemented TQM. The results of this research noted that the need for commitment from all levels of employees, especially from top management in implementing TQM, which is expected to give inputs to PT. Bank BRISyariah in providing quality services to employees due to its function bridging needs of the Company. The results of this study can be concluded that the HCPC Group should immediately formulate a strategy that is used as the goal of the Group in providing services and improving the quality of services that will ultimately improve the quality of human resources.
