Restaurant urged to improve their services, if the want to hold into the business. Good services supposedly start from ordering into billing. Else from good services, defining exact strategy can be crucial. So that it is important for the manager to gain information precisely, for the purpose of definig the most compatible strategy. Sales data could be a good source of information. Through a comprehensive recording of each activity, such as records of food ordered until records of income, precise sales information is built. Information system is one of several ways to fasten business process, and deliver accurate information for the manager. Information system is a bunch of organized components that depends on each other. In general, information system within an organization is used to process income, manage data file of organization, obtain information, reports and output alike. Considering descriptions above, this study is aimed to yield an information system application, which fasten business process, and also deliver information through reports picturing restaurant performance. There are 3 reports delivered by the system to be analyzed by the manager, those are sales report, wages variable report, and menus ranking report.
