The overall goal of the project was to improve the attainment of basic education, especially for girls, in school and out of school in Peam Chor District, Prey Veng Province. The project purpose is that household, community, and school environment for girls to access formal and non-formal educational opportunities will be improved in Samaki Komar and Prek Sombour Cluster in Peam Chor district, Prey Veng province. The project targets 21 villages (two communes) in the district. The project also evaluated by the consultant with two objectives: First, to evaluate the extent to which the aims/objectives of the project have been met.
