Where, there are a total of 194 set of questionnaires distributed by using non-probability sampling technique to the nurses in the selected sampling location. The collected data from the respondents are analyzed using Statistical Analysis System Enterprise (SAS) software. In the nut shell, this study concludes that there is significant relationship between emotional demand, workload and work-family conflict. However, the supervisor and colleague are not significant with work-family conflict.
