The sample selected technique was based on non-probability sampling technique. Besides, there are various assumption of tests were carried out to test the result such as Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on test of Pearson Correlation Coefficient, the study confirmed that healthcare service, standard of living, and government policy are significantly correlated with motivation of foreign worker to work in Malaysia. Whereas in the test of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, it only showed healthcare service and government policy had significant impact towards motivation of foreign worker to work in Malaysia. By conducting this research, it suggests that Malaysia should put more attention on healthcare service and government policy as they may affect their motivation to immigrate to Malaysia.
