Summary: | There are many organizations that makes meritocracy as a practised in their organizations. It seems to be crucial on its implementation as it can be measure through the existence of the expected criteria which can be seen in the organization enforcement or action. It can be seen that criteria such as job placement, career advancement, and equal opportunity have a strong relatedness in determining the meritocracy existence as a system in the organization. It is strongly proven through the correlation between meritocracy and the three criteria. Meaning to say, meritocracy is an important aspect teat should be taken into account to, especially in an organization to ensure that the things are being carried out meritoriously. |
