Cempedak is rich in nutrients such as protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B1, and vitamin C, enzymes and bioflavonoids. Then we also can make more variation of cempedak seeds such as for bakery and snacks. |
