Summary: | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership, and work discipline on employee performance (directly and also through job satisfaction), the influence of leadership, and work discipline on job satisfaction, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. In this study using a type of causal research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 71 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that leadership and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a mediator for leadership and work discipline on employee performance |
