In this study using a type of causal research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 71 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that leadership and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
