Witnessing the passion and dedication of the local coffee bean supplier was truly enlightening, as delving into the coffee-making process and the unique characteristics of Dubai's coffee beans, the Wings Collection, discovered the crucial aspect of the F&B service industry –“sourcing coffee beans”.
