The chosen research methodology, characterized by in-depth interviews, is aptly suited to unearth the nuanced struggles faced by restaurant and foodservice providers, offering valuable insights into the sustainable practices they employ to mitigate food waste and the cooperative initiatives fostering intersectoral collaboration.
