Two divisions were recorded which were Phaeophyceae and Diatom \8acillariophyeeae). The Phaeophyceae only comprised of one species iJl both sampling ", hieh was Dictyota dichotoma. The diarom compositions varied for different s"mpling. In first sJmpling, 17 genera ",·ere recorded; whi le in second <;ampling 23 genera were recorded. TIle most common genera which occurred at every sampling station were Pragillaria, Gyrosigma, Melosira, Navicula, Pilll1ularia, and Pleurosigma. |
