Description
Summary:Family meals are regarded as a symbol of communication within the family and play a significant part in family interactions. The majority of family meal research has focused on connections to youth health outcomes, but it hasn't examined the importance of variables like resource availability in shaping family mealtimes. The article investigates how frequent family meals affect interactions between students and parents. A qualitative study on the benefits of frequent family meals with parent-student contact was done using in-depth interviews. The Faculty of Language and Communication chose about ten students to participate in the in-depth interview session. This study aims to examine the beneficial effects of frequent family meals on parent-student interaction. The results demonstrated that eating meals together as a family on a regular basis can have a favorable effect on how social engagement and bonding are facilitated.
