The article investigates how frequent family meals affect interactions between students and parents. A qualitative study on the benefits of frequent family meals with parent-student contact was done using in-depth interviews. The Faculty of Language and Communication chose about ten students to participate in the in-depth interview session. This study aims to examine the beneficial effects of frequent family meals on parent-student interaction. The results demonstrated that eating meals together as a family on a regular basis can have a favorable effect on how social engagement and bonding are facilitated.
