This research used a questionnaire to collect data from 235 employees in healthcare sector. Having used multivariate analyses, such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modelling to analyze the data collected, it was found that digital capability and workplace spirituality significantly contributed to employee engagement in Saudi Arabian healthcare sector.
