Summary:Work-based Learning (WBL) is the process of moving from formal education to a career. It blends institutional and industrial learning to provide students with a seamless learning experience. WBL is a learning strategy that employs the workplace as a medium for knowledge transmission. The WBL model is discussed in this study as it is used in training institutions and the industrial field. Problem-based learning is also discussed about real-world issues and scenarios in real estate classes. Furthermore, the need for regular accreditation to ensure quality assurance for high-caliber graduates, to promote the profession by marketing graduates at undergraduate and postgraduate level in real estate management program using Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia as a case study.
