Problem-based learning is also discussed about real-world issues and scenarios in real estate classes. Furthermore, the need for regular accreditation to ensure quality assurance for high-caliber graduates, to promote the profession by marketing graduates at undergraduate and postgraduate level in real estate management program using Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia as a case study.
