Summary:This research focuses particularly on the process of order management within the Sales Management at Front End Sales Department in ABB Vietnam. The research describes how the order taking process is conducted, evaluates its performance, and identifies issues to be addressed in terms of time, coordination between units in firm, flexibility.The evaluation is made by a survey conducted directly on manager and indirectly on staffs of Front End Sales Department, thus reflects the actual problems. The thesis also recommends measures to improve the quality of operations in the department to increase the competitiveness of enterprise compared to competitors.
