In the recent time, ensuring transparency of state administrative agencies has been recently considered as one of the urgent requirements for improving the efficiency of state management agencies, ensuring democracy in the State's performance as well as indispensable requirements in the implementation of international interest. Regarding the environment, the application of principles of oppenness transparency and accountability is an important prerequisite for the exercise of human rights. |
