Led by its Chief Executive Officer, Hazel Marie Caccam, the business operates as a sole proprietorship, ensuring efficiency in decision-making and resource allocation. With an initial capital investment totaling 72,000 pesos, Xantali is poised for continued growth and success in the sustainable fashion landscape. The profits will be equally distributed among the business executives upon closing of the business.
