The proponents of this project was able to produce an information guide for Unilever Philippines (PRC), Inc. It includes the Company's background, rules and regulations, corporate conduct, security guidelines, company policies, benefits, and recreational activities. The purpose of such production is to instill the rudimentary knowledge new employees must be aware of and to inculcate essential values in them in fulfillment of the organization's goals. The size of the 80 page information guide is 8 X 11 inches, in portrait orientation. English was the language adopted since it is the standard parlance of the Company. Moreso, being a multinational company, this language establishes conformity with the rest of the branches abroad. The proponents of this project conceptualized the name of the information guide to be UNIGUIDE. It is an acronym for Unilever's Information Guide. It is to be noted that the words information guide and UNIGUIDE will be used interchangeably in this report. The readers of UNIGUIDE found it to be very informative. They learned more about the Company and how it operates through the text presented and thematic visuals used. Unilever Philippines (PRC), inc. extended its full support in the realization of this project.
