Description
Summary:The research investigates NeuroLinguistics Programming (NLP) and its limitations when applied in mentalist acts. The investigators sought to answer four major questions what aspects of the mentalist performance use NLP, what are the common traits of people easily affected by it, what are the effects of NLP in mentalism and what are the reasons for its failure. Data was collected from eight (8) mentalists and eight (8) participants. The main findings indicated that there were two main factors resulting in the failure of NLP in mentalism the mentalist and the subject. The findings of the study were further explained through the effects of NLP in mentalism, the vulnerability of a person, and the limitations of NLP.
