The proponents have achieved this by distributing a self-administered questionnaire to the employees of Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. The proponents also considered other studies concerning Job Satisfaction, Disciplinary Programs and Grievance Procedures. After the analysis of the collected data, which used the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient as the statistical method, the proponents conclude that there is a relationship between job Satisfaction and Disciplinary Program and between Job Satisfaction and Grievance Management System.
