Summary:Thirty Guest Relations Officers (GRO) were asked to ranked the Rokeach Value Survey to assess their professed values. They were also asked to answer a self-constructed questionnaire whose contents were derived from the Rokeach value survey. The instrument is used to assess the practiced behavior indicators of each value. This was done to identify what are the professed values are being practiced in their lifestyle. Non-probability sampling method was used and questionnaires dissemination in survey. Findings show that among the instrumental values, ambitious , loving , forgiving , broadminded , helpful , honest , polite , clean and capable were the highly prioritized values. On the other hand, the value imaginative is the least prioritized value. As for the terminal values, the respondents ranked an exciting life , a comfortable life , freedom , a world at peace , family security , inner harmony , mature love , a sense of accomplishment and wisdom as their top prioritized values. While the value social recognition was ranked as the least among the terminal values.
