Summary:This is a study on the changes in marriage and their consequences. An exploratory research design was used. An unstructured interview and convenient sampling were utilized as the main data gathering method. This study was participated by twenty-four (24) respondents across socio-economic status, thirteen (13) females and eleven (11) males. All the participants were bonded by the sacrament of Holy Matrimony. The results were as follows: all respondents acknowledged that there were certain changes, point of realization came with the coming of marriage. These changes were classified under being temporary or permanent. Factors contributing to these changes were also determined and the positive outlook of the respondents towards these changes were seen.
