Results showed that work/life enhancement and involvement among employees are in need of improvement. Researchers proposed retention interventions based on Company Xs Worklife Balance and Organizational Culture. Three (3) interventions for the Individual Level: Counseling for personal growth and Working with a flexitime schedule and promotions of Fitness Programs. Two (2) interventions for the Organizational Level: Team Orientation and Training Programs.
