Description
Summary:This research aimed to create an organizational manual and orientation for the Silent Servers committee of St. Luke 18, a parish youth group. The committee's communication problem was an ineffective dissemination of its members' roles and task descriptions, which led to poor volunteer recruitment for the positions of sub-committee heads, and hindered the success of the events and regular proceedings of the committee. The media richness theory and several operational frameworks, as well as focus group discussions, in-depth interviews and a Likert scale-survey were used and conducted to gather and evaluate the data used to formulate and execute the interventions. These interventions aimed to solve the organization's current communication process to help these members understand and effectively perform their required tasks.
