Summary: | This study determined the manifestations of Employee Engagement in the Physical, Cognitive and Emotional dimensions and how rank and file and managerial job levels affect engagement. 112 respondents were from I.T. industry organizations. Quantitative data were obtained through the use of survey questionnaire. According to the results from the survey questionnaires, both Rank and File and Managerial employees have the highest manifestation of engagement in their Emotional Dimension. Also, those in the Managerial position are more engaged that Rank and File employees. Qualitative data were obtained through interview. Themes and Frequency tables were created to analyze the data. Purposive sampling and Snowball technique were used in gathering respondents. This study contributes literature for Employee Engagement and provides information for industrial organizations to better understand how they can accommodate the needs of employee resulting to engagement. |
