Quantitative data were obtained through the use of survey questionnaire. According to the results from the survey questionnaires, both Rank and File and Managerial employees have the highest manifestation of engagement in their Emotional Dimension. Also, those in the Managerial position are more engaged that Rank and File employees. Qualitative data were obtained through interview. Themes and Frequency tables were created to analyze the data. Purposive sampling and Snowball technique were used in gathering respondents.
