This study sought to determine whether work climate, participation, and/or compensation and benefits define organizational commitment among household helpers in the Philippines. The study intends to become an eye-opener for this dominant industry in the Philippines nowadays. Also, the study may be a basis on how to deal and treat household helper/s. The researchers based their study on 10 interviews, which require the household helpers to have stayed with their employers for at least 5 years. Results showed that the prevalent factors of work climate are : Feeling of belongingness, Leniency at work, Autonomy, Availability of appliances, and Reprimand. While prevalent factors of participation is: Malayang pagdidiskarte . Lastly, prevalent factors of compensation and benefits are: Financial support and Contentment. The findings of the study also revealed that besides these 3 factors, there are other factors which are : Magandang pakikitungo , attachment to employer, and distance from home.
