Summary:Sustainability has already changed the landscape of business: yet many business leaders still failed in trying to adapt sustainability in their organizations. This study explained how leaders could adapt sustainability practices in productions using leadership change strategies and organizational change targets through a holistic case study design. The researchers gathered evidences from the environmental leaders of two sustainable firms, Unilever Philippines and Nestle Philippines. After matching the patterns of the data with the research proposition, it became apparent that by infusing sustainability in the five areas of change (Task, Technology, People, Culture, and Structure), the actions of leaders, officers and operators would inevitably have direct and indirect improvements to the progression of adapting sustainability
