Description
Summary:Executive Summary. Clocks and other timepieces are part of our daily life especially in the fast-paced world that we are living in. While these are readily available, practically anywhere, one that goes beyond the usual designs of the conventional clock are difficult to spot. That is the reason why the proponents, through their innovative skills, envisioned a glass etched clock-an extraordinary desk clock coupled with creative designs and craftsmanship. The results of the survey conducted proved that there was demand for such product. The primary market of the proponents are households at ECOTREND SUBDIVISION PHASE V located at Barangay Ligas, Bacoor, Cavite ECOTREND VILLAS located at Faura Santos Avenue, Zapote, Las Piñas, Metro Manila NAYONG SILANGAN VILLAGE Antipolo, Rizal and THE NEW LITTLE BAGUIO CONDOMINIUMS San Juan, Metro Manila, who are willing to buy the proponents product. The secondary market are college students from the University of the Philippines, St. Scholastica's College, University of Santo Tomas and De La Salle University. The plant site is located at 11 Egypt St., Better Living Subdivision, Parañaque, Metro Manila. Through the assembly line production process, four products can be manufactured in one production day. The proponents organized a corporation. The incorporators are Mark Anthony Aldave, Alan Chu, Edwin de Guzman, Ericson Francis Gaerlan, Marx Gregorios, Michael Douglas Lao, Rudyson Lubis, Jeffrey Mique, Florencio Paredes Jr., and Manolo Vito. They decided to name the corporation Etch R' Us Corporation. The corporation shall exist for a period of ten (10) months. The authorized capital stock of the corporation is P 200,000.00 for which 25% has been subscribed. A General Administrative Program is also included where in the rules and regulations are indicated. The proponents expect a net income and a substantial return of investment at the end of the practicum period. The proponents always keep in mind the social desirability of their product. The corporation shall practice proper payment of taxes and purchase and use locally made materials and tools to contribute to GNP growth. Good labor-management relationships shall be maintained as well as an efficient waste disposal system. In conclusion, the study is feasible and the proponents recommend to being operations in October.
