This study is about the performance of the selected companies in the dried mango production business located in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu. Being one of the growing processed food sectors in this country, the present performance of the selected companies, which comprised mainly of those companies who are willing to answer the researcher's survey and have available financial statements, are examined and analyzed using different strategic tools. From the made analysis, the researchers developed a general outlook, a conclusion, and strategy analysis and formulated recommendations that would be of help to the improvement of, not only of the said companies, but to the whole dried mango sector.
